Exchange and Return Policy
At Woodex, customer satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Eligible for Free Exchange
We will gladly exchange your product free of charge within 7 working days if:
- You received the wrong product.
- Your item arrived damaged during delivery.
- The product does not match its description.
- The item received is different from the specifications shown on our website.
If the replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Customer Change of Mind
Returns or exchanges based on:
- Personal preference
- Like or dislike
- Color expectations
- Theme matching
- Home décor compatibility
are not eligible for a free return or exchange.
However, if you still wish to exchange or return the item:
The product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In its original packaging
The following deductions will apply:
Exchange
- 15% of the purchase amount
- OR minimum Rs.500
- Whichever is higher
Return
- 25% of the purchase amount
- OR minimum Rs.500
- Whichever is higher
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Important Conditions
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
- Complaints made after 24 hours cannot be entertained.
- Original delivery and operation charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for securely packing products for return shipping.
Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed only when the returned item has been inspected.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method where possible.
- Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Damaged During Shipping
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos immediately.
- Make A unboxing video.
- Contact us within 24 hours.
- Include your order number and photos.
We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
